Bowburn Hall Wedding Facilities

The largest room at Bowburn is the Ballroom, we can cater for up to 120 daytime guests, the Conservatory can cater for up to 50 and for a small intimate affair the Boardroom offers private dining for up to 20 persons.

 The newly decorated Ballroom decorated with rich hues of blue and gold has windows and access to the lovely gardens.   With its own dedicated bar this is a splendid room for day and evening celebrations. With the dance floor we can accommodate 200 guests and utilise the space of the Conservatory area next door to the Ballroom, this delightful area is perfect for family and friends to relax and chat.

 Disco music can be provided by the Hotel Disco and we are also able to arrange a variety of bands and music choices well known to us and via local entertainment agencies.

 We make no room hire charge for daytime reception, however there are charges applicable for evening receptions:

 BALLROOM                 £200.00

CONSERVATORY         £75.00

BOARDROOM                £50.00

 Deposit and Payment Conditions

 To secure your Wedding date a £400.00 deposit is required along with a signed contract within 14 days of the provisional booking being made. This deposit is non-refundable.

 Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the Wedding day, along with your final numbers and menu choice.
